Construction of concrete sewer main in the monolithic technology

The construction of concrete sewer main in the monolithic option was described using two technologies that are interesting both from a technical and financial point of view. One of them is the construction technology using vented formwork, and the other using pneumatic formwork. A description of an innovative project implemented in the country was included, concerning the construction of a concrete sewer with a normal egg cross-section and dimensions of 1200 x 1800 mm. This sewer main was built in the monolithic technology using pneumatic forms. Numerous advantages of both presented technologies were indicated.
