\nlaboratory measurements, by 3D modelling and analytical calculations using classical energy loss formulas. In the
\npaper, analysis were carried out for three sizes of elbows, the results of which were compared to the values obtained
\nfor connectors of corresponding sizes. The obtained values of the coefficients differed significantly depending on the
\nway they were determined. Curves of variation of the loss coefficient values as a function of average velocity were developed based on direct measurements and 3D modelling.
