Technically, water supply in a situation where it is not possible to supply water from the water supply network is carried out through emergency sources \u2013 mainly wells, water delivery by tankers or the supply of packaged water. Such activities require maintaining emergency intakes in a constant state of operation, so that water can be supplied at any time in a quality corresponding to drinking water, or having and maintaining continuous operation of tankers or devices for the production of packaged water. An alternative is proposed \u2013 a system of small reservoirs with a capacity and location resulting from local needs, which will continuously collect water of drinking water quality, so that they can be used at any time. Such tanks should have the following features: they can be used in any case of lack of tap water supply, they should not deteriorate the water quality, they should not require electricity, drawing water should not require any additional devices, they should be able to refill water after exhaustion.
