The environmental impact occurring during the application of trenchless techniques for the rehabilitation of longoperated, damaged sewage pipes was compiled and analyzed. It has been shown that trenchless techniques are
a beneficial alternative to excavation techniques. The analyzed environmental impact concerns the atmosphere,
hydrosphere, biosphere, lithosphere and the anthroposphere. The differences in the classification of the analyzed environmental factors were indicated and various examples of analyzes of these factors, both qualitative and quantitative, were given.
